Refund policy

Ritz Ariona provides digital sports-analytics information and tools. We do not sell physical goods, and we are not a bookmaker — we never hold stakes or pay winnings — so this policy covers our own subscriptions and digital services only.

Free plan

Our free content and free plays cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans (where offered) are billed in advance for each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Because access to a digital subscription is granted immediately, fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable, except in the cases below:

  • New-subscriber satisfaction window: if you are a first-time subscriber, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment, provided the Service has not been substantially used (for example, downloading or exporting large amounts of data).
  • Billing errors: if you were charged in error, or charged after a valid cancellation, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
  • Your legal rights: nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement; for a minor problem we will resolve it within a reasonable time.

No betting refunds

Ritz Ariona is an analytics and information service, not a betting or financial service. We cannot refund money you have wagered, lost or staked with any third party. No outcome is ever guaranteed, and past performance does not predict future results.

How to request a refund

Email kairovale.private@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
