These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ritz Ariona website at ritzariona.com and any related tools, data, reports and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Ritz Ariona ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Ritz Ariona is — and is not
Ritz Ariona is a sports analytics and information service. We publish statistical model estimates, probabilities, confidence intervals and research for NBA and football markets. The Service is provided for information and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment or betting advice, and it is not a betting, gambling or bookmaking service. We do not accept, place or facilitate bets, and we do not handle stakes or winnings.
No outcome is guaranteed. Probabilities and model grades are estimates and can be wrong. Past performance does not predict future results. Any decision you make is your own responsibility.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to view sports-betting analytics where you live. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves risk and can be harmful. Only ever risk money you can afford to lose, set limits, and never chase losses. 4. Accounts and access

5. Subscriptions, plans and billing
Free content is provided as described on the site. Paid plans may be offered in future; where they are, the price, billing cycle and inclusions shown at the time of purchase form part of these Terms. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and you may cancel at any time effective from the next billing cycle. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: scrape, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our data or reports without our written permission; attempt to bypass any paywall, gate or security control; reverse engineer the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Service — including its models, content, data presentations, design and branding — is owned by Ritz Ariona or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the Service for your own non-commercial use.
8. Third-party data and links
The Service uses and references third-party data (for example, market prices and sports statistics) and may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, its accuracy or availability.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritz Ariona is not liable for any loss or damage (including betting or financial losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
